Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the helsh-js.com website (the "Site"), operated by Helsh-js ("we", "us"). Engagement contracts for paid services are separate and signed individually; nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or contract for services.

3. Inquiries and pre-contractual communication

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not create a contractual relationship between us. We will respond to discuss whether and how we might work together. Any subsequent engagement will be governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work.

The Site links to third-party websites (including those of clients and partners). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helsh-js disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
